Cost Effective Systems

These are a system of components that either make a computer or a system of computers (Network) in which the money spent is maximized to get the most value. Most people, and purchase agents, understand that a system that outperforms off-the-shelf systems is a better value than one that barely meets expectations.

Cheap Systems

These are a system of components that you have no choice in what type or brand of components are installed. They are typically off-the-shelf systems that work with components at nine months old. Technology changes every year, so that off-the-shelf system is going to be obsolete in three months...Oh well!
